The COSMAN project started in 1996 thanks to the collaboration between an Italian management consulting group and a group of british and american experts.
The efficiency of a new method to optimize costs was quickly tested within complex organizations: developing an effective integrated approach, eliminating operating risks and overcoming organizational inflexibility that is typical in complex organizations.
Ever since its beginnings, COSMAN have built an internal infrastructure of Competence Centres that has been developed and enriched over the years. Our approach to Cost Management has been successfully applied to important companies, such as:
