With a degree in Economics and Business from Università Cattolica in Milan, he began his research activity at this University. Ever since he founded and became president of COSMAN in 1996, he has followed important projects for international clients, and he has been a speaker at university conferences, research centres, and highly specialized training programs.

After obtaining his Mechanical Engineering degree from Politecnico University in Milan, he pursued a Master in Business Administration at Brunel University in London. Upon his return to Italy he co-founded COSMAN, becoming their president until 2005. It is exactly his synthesis between different and complementary skills that allows him to take on the role of Consultant in Corporate Organization and Management at the highest levels.

Piero Buonsante
INAIL senior Specialist
In 1969 he participated in the national public external competition organized by the I.N.A.I.L. for n.156 places for the specific role of Accounting and, winning, on 27 April 1970 he was assigned as Accountant at the National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work (INAIL) in Bergamo.
From September 1970 to August 1972 he fulfilled the military duties in the Navy as a non-commissioned officer, for one year at the Operations Office of the Admiralty of Ancona and for the remaining period at the NATO Base stationed in the Veneto.
Upon returning to the INAIL headquarters in Bergamo, he was temporarily assigned the responsibility of the Accounting Office until 1980.
Following the various career advancements, he was assigned positions at the Employers Office (accounting management of insurance positions) and, from 1982 to 1989, he was appointed Agent Responsible for the management of the Mobiliar Assets of the Bergamo Office and responsible for staff management (salary processing with related social security and tax management).
After placing in the managerial role, in 1989 he was assigned to the supervisory inspection role.
After passing the competition for C4 category official, he was entrusted for six months with the position of head of the inspection office at the INAIL headquarters in Lodi and upon his return to Bergamo, he held the position of Head of the Inspection Office as a surveillance officer. of the Headquarters.
During his supervisory inspection activity he carried out assignments in various provinces of Lombardy and some, of a confidential nature, within the national territory.
From April 1, 2006 he ends his work at INAIL with a retirement placement.
Since 25 September 2008 he has been collaborating with COSMAN SRL for:
- the analysis of accident risks at companies and the verification of their classification consistency
- the solution of general problems relating to insurance against accidents at work (preparation of requests for reclassification and / or classification adjustment and classification in tariff management, administrative appeals, technical assistance to lawyers for judicial actions, preparation of requests ex art.24 Ministerial Decree 12.12.2000, ...).
Giovanni Belingheri
INAIL senior specialist
At the age of 6, he was orphaned by a father, who died of "silicosis", contracted working in the mines of the Scalve Valley (BG);
In 1968, as a public competition winner, he was hired, as an employee in the "Awards" sector, at the National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work (INAIL) in Bergamo, where he covered the various degrees of his career, becoming first head of the sector and finally vice-director of the office itself;
From 1993 to 1996, he held the same positions at the Milan Metropolitan Office, to which he had been transferred at the end of 1993.
At the same time, from 1987 to 2002, he collaborated intensively with the INAIL General Management, as administrative analyst, in the implementation of IT procedures for the management of the INIL contribution aspects, also providing his primary contribution, both from an administrative point of view that technical-procedural, to the introduction of the system of "self-assessment of the prizes", and to the study for the preparation of a new "Tariff of the Prizes", more adherent to the technological evolution of the processes and more responsive to the criteria of transparency and administrative correctness .
Since 1997 he has been assigned the position of Director at various locations in Lombardy and Piedmont: Saronno, Legnano, Verbania, Biella and Pavia.
During the working activity carried out at INAIL, he intensely and profitably collaborated also with the "Training Function" in the realization of training courses addressed both to INAIL's internal staff and to external structures (trade associations, professional orders, etc. ).
Since 1 September 2003, after more than 42 years of total work, she is retired; however, it collaborates with leading Labor Consulting Firms, with Confindustria Bergamo and with COSMAN SRL for:

Franco Faraon
Personnel costs senior specialist
Since 1973 he has held the role of Labor Cost Manager in the Fiat group, dealing with the management of operational bodies of labor costs and travel, coordination and management of WW HR Reporting and carrying out support activities for Industrial Relations for international projects.
Since 2015 he has been a Cosman specialist in the field of personnel costs.
Pierluigi Farcomeni
Manager of Competence Centre for HR Costs
He obtained a degree in Civil Engineering at the Politecnico University in Turin in 1987. Two years after that he became a member of the professional association for Italian engineers, and in September he entered the FIAT Group within the Risk Management area, where he took on roles of increasing responsibility in both the Liability and the Property areas, from the points of view of Insurance, Risk Management and Loss Management. In 1998 he was also put in charge of managing the insurance side of INAIL (National Institute for Insurance Against Accidents at Work) for the whole FIAT Group. In 2013 he obtained his license to become an Agent and he left Turin to manage international insurance and reinsurance for the FIAT Group and CNH INDUSTRIAL in Lugano. He joined COSMAN in July 2014 as Senior Consultant and Manager of INAIL activities for the company.
Riccardo Lombrici

He holds a degree in Economics and Business from the Università di Tor Vergata in Rome, and he has worked in Marketing and Sales with a consulting background. He has a passion for innovation and technology, has significant knowledge of the economic fabric of the region and of the many dynamics of Italian industries. He has collaborated with renowned companies such as IBM Italia and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. He has been Area Manager in COSMAN since 2014, in charge of management and expansion of the client portfolio of his area of competence; he has direct contact with his area and guarantees the achievement of the turnover objectives and profitability of the projects.
Marzia Lucchini
Commercial Secretariat and Support Area
After several years of experience in managing administrative services and assistance at different companies, she turned to client services as sales management assistant. She has been in COSMAN since 2010 and is now in charge of client relations and Area Managers coordination.
Roberto Lucin
Coordinator Analysis Structure and Manager of Competence Centre, Infrastructure Costs
He graduated from the Economics and Business Faculty at the University of Trento in 2000. He has been in COSMAN since 2002, first as Project Manager in analysis coordination, and now as Project Manager for the development of the company's IT system and RMS (Resources Management System). He takes part in defining the company's sales and marketing strategies.
Giuseppe Maneschi
Research Manager for Purchasing and Logistics.
He graduated in 1986 in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padova, got his engineer license and pursued a Master for ADACI (Italian Association for Purchasing and Supply Management) purchasers and in Forensic Engineering. He worked as purchasing manager in large companies such as Electrolux, Aprilia and Tecnomare, taking on the additional roles of Project Manager and in-house trainer. He was Director of Procurement, QHSE and Infrastructure at Thetis in Venice, obtaining significant results on cost reduction and process optimization, thanks also to the creation of a web-integrated system to manage the whole passive cycle process, logistics, operative coordination, and to the creation of collateral exhibitions for the Biennale of Architecture in 2008, 2012, and 2014 at the Tese venue in the northern area of the Venice Arsenale (national pavilion of South Africa, Italian ministry for the environment pavilion, IUAV's "Made in Venice" pavilion, United Arab Emirates collateral, Jan Fabre collateral). He also teaches (in English) at the University of Trento, within the Economics and Business Faculty, in the subjects of "Integrated Logistic and Business Processes" and "Logistic and Distribution Management". He has collaborated with COSMAN since 2012 as consultant in the Purchasing and Logistics area.
Andrea Molinari
Research Manager for IT Systems Area
He is in charge of consulting and research in advanced IT technology, especially in the area of industrial process reengineering and Internet applications related to project management. He started complementing his professional career with teaching in 1990. He has taught "Information & Communication Technology" and "Project Management" at the University of Trento, and has also taught at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano since 2003 and at the Abo Akademi, in Finland, since 2007. He has been an early adopter and beta tester for Microsoft Project since 1990, and beta tester of the Project Server platform since 2002. He consults at international and SMB companies on tools and technology to support Enterprise Project, Portfolio Management and the Project Management software. He has been a COSMAN consultant since 2005, where he developed several projects on rationalization of cost structures related to corporate IT systems, focusing on the impact of new technology compared to rigid structures. He coordinates the COSMAN team alongside Mr. Capaldi in the IT Systems and Telecom area. Paola Nardella

With a degree in Economics and Business from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, she initially took on roles of administrative-accounting manager and sales network manager. She then moved to sales and was in charge of activities within the sales and marketing division. She has been in COSMAN since 2012, managing client relations and Area Manager coordination.
Monica Ramazzina
Client Manager North-East
She trained in administrative services and has always worked within sales, handling both foreign client relations and project management for complex jobs. As Sales Director in mid-sized companies she was in charge of handling client portfolios, of expanding contacts and relations with partnering companies, and of developing and proposing integrated project with significant technical details. She has been Area Manager in COSMAN since 2016, managing and expanding client portfolios and supporting Energy and Maintenance analysts.
Adriano Scapolan
Manager Competence Centre for Logistics Costs
A freelancer working exclusively with COSMAN as Analysis Coordinator. He works on optimizing corporate management processes for non-core costs, through needs analysis, consumption models, purchasing models and benchmarking. His high-level specialized expertise is applied especially to logistics & transport, and the vehicle fleet. In the past he carried out consulting and training on management control, analytical accounting and budgeting, management consulting to properly size personnel, and management consulting to optimize corporate management processes, through the consumption/purchasing model and benchmarking activities, focusing on general infrastructure costs, logistics, personnel and related expenses.
Claudio Zanoni
Technical-Scientific Manager, CTO (Chief Technical Officer) Digital Area
After graduating in Mathematics in 2003 from the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Natural Sciences at the University of Trento, he began his collaboration with the SRA (Automated Reasoning Systems) division at the Institute for Scientific and Technological Research in Povo, and with the IT and Telecom Department at the University of Trento. He became a scientific collaborator/researcher at the Institute for Specialized Communication and Multilinguism at the EURAC in Bozen, participating in the project to develop the first bilingual electronic dictionary of sign language. He then worked with other research organizations to develop Web Service and Service Oriented Architecture applications to share and apply the corporate know-how, data-mining techniques, and applications in the field of Knowledge Discovery in Database, plus integrated systems for monitoring, remote control/remote management and analysis of data. He has worked in COSMAN since 2016 and is now Technical Scientific Manager for the development of the SHAPER® platform for Digital Cost Management.
Support Area Analyst
After some experiences abroad as Account Executive & Research Assistant, and after a few years working in the tourism and tour operators industry, he became interested in document verification and auditing. He has been in COSMAN since 2011, handling data checking and processing to calculate costs and savings obtained. Today he works as Senior Analyst in the Digital Area, managing the e-procurement RMS system and in-house IT systems.
Emilio Cova
Technical Costs Competence Center Manager
Graduated in Telecommunication Engineering at the University of Trento, after a first experience in the energy utility sector and a Master in Technique and Economics of COFRIDIP TLC at the University of Padua, he began working in 2005 for Accenture Consulting in Milan in the TELCO sector to support the management of BSS processes of primary operators according to the ITIL standard.
Support for business processes and projects also extends to the banking sector and related IT core systems, from the development cycle to their production, and from 2009 it began to manage international projects first in Eastern Europe and later in the North. -America (Mexico and the United States) where it supports the activation objectives of the products on the new markets of the International Business division of Dedagroup SpA until 2018, when he joins Cosman as head of the Technical Costs Competence Center.
PMP certified since 2011, he is currently Deputy Director of the Trentino AA / Suedtirol Branch of the PMI-NIC, representative of the Project Management Institute on the regional territory. Branch to which he contributed to the foundation in 2014 for the dissemination of international standards of project management both traditional and agile.
Giuliano Fabris

Graduated in Computer Engineering at the University of Pavia, he initially dealt with software development for applications in the Broadcasting sector at a Norwegian company leader in the reference market, later covering the role of Technical Support and Pre-Sales Engineer. Passionate about innovation, he collaborates with an Italian Mobile Payment startup and then definitively moves to the commercial area.
In the banking sector, it deals with the sale of automation solutions for branches, including the ATM channel and software projects to support the growth of value-added activities by branch staff and the commercial banking network.
Since 2019 he has been Account Manager in Cosman where he carries out management and expansion of the customer portfolio and support the development of the Shaper® platform.
Alessandro Radice

With a scientific and literary training (Foreign Languages and Literatures - University of Milan), she began her work experience in the Information & Communication Technology market. Passionate about innovation and technology, he holds roles of increasing responsibility in business development from the Sales & Marketing point of view, with significant experiences both on the national and international market. In recent years he has covered the role of Channel Sales Manager cooperating with telephone operators (especially Vodafone) to achieve the targets. Since May 2020 he has been Sales Manager in Cosman where he carries out management and expansion of the Enterprise customer portfolio.
Franco Avi

In 2018 he graduated in Computer Science from the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science of the University of Trento.
During his training he studied in particular the area of Artificial Intelligence planning and that of Distributed Systems.
He joined Cosman immediately after graduation and currently holds the role of Analyst and Software Developer.

He graduated in Computer Science in 2018 from the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science of the University of Trento.
In his technical experience, the administration of Linux systems and the development of Server Side Applications prevails.
He started his activity in Cosman in 2018 as Analyst and Software Developer.
Luca Vicari

He has been working in the field of software analysis and programming since 2004.
Over the years he has actively participated in software development and has gained experience as Project Manager on large software projects in the banking and private sector.
Over time, he has learned to understand and follow customers from drafting requirements to publishing software, analyzing needs from various points of view to find the best solution for each situation.
His skills range from the development and management of software projects to the configuration of the network and servers.
He started his activity in Cosman in 2019, following the analysis and development of our digital platform on cost management.
Daniele Giovanella
Analyst and Software Developer
He graduated in computer science from the University of Trento in 2017.
He subsequently joined a research group of the university at DISI, where he participated in the development of a software for the identification of safety deviations in the execution of processes and deepened his knowledge in the Business Process Analysis .
He was part of the university's research team as part of a collaboration between the university and Cosman.
He started his activity in Cosman in 2019 and holds the role of Analyst and Software Developer.
